When you purchase a photography session, you are buying a specific service and usage license; however, the legal copyright remains with the creator. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate our community standards. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their login credentials.

Return/Refund Policy

Because our products include both custom services and physical goods, our refund policy is straightforward. Photography Sessions: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Art Prints: If your print arrives damaged or does not meet professional standards, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or full refund. We do not offer refunds for "change of heart" once the final proofing process has begun.
